If your location happens to fall outside our delivery network, we’ll contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Please double-check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before completing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

However, if an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no cost to you.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Customs fees and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE

If your tracking status shows “No information available”, don’t worry — it can take 6–10 business days for tracking data to appear in the system.

If more than 14 business days have passed and your tracking still shows no update, please contact us for assistance.

MULTIPLE-PACKAGE ORDERS

For logistical or stock reasons, items from the same order may ship separately.

If this happens, you’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel.
